At KADA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
